1300 Calorie Diet for Weight
Loss - Day 5
This easy 1300 calorie diet can be customized to your individual requirements whether you are vegetarian or diabetic. All you need to do is to use the diet plan below as a guide, replacing the foods from the menu with ones that you fancy. Take into account at that your calorie and nutritional intake should remain the same. Also you can swap around lunch and dinner or snacks on the same day. Drink 2 liters of water throughout the day. Have as many decaffeinated and calorie free drinks as you wish. You can only have 2 cups of tea or coffee per day as you should restrict the caffeine intake.
