1300 Calorie Diet - Day 6
Before starting this 1300 calorie diet or any other weight loss diet seek advice from your doctor, as many diets might not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions.
You can tailor the diet plan below to your needs, even if you are vegetarian or diabetic. Simply switch the foods from the menu for the foods that you require, taking into consideration that foods need to have equal calorie and nutritional quality. Reduce your caffeine intake to 2 cups of tea and coffee per day. You can have as many calorie and caffeine free drinks as you like. You should have at least 8 glasses of water daily.
