We provide you with a sample of a 1400 calorie a day diet for 7 days to help you to lose weight and eat a healthy diet. Consult your doctor before undertaking the 1400 calorie diet plan or any other diets for weight loss.
The 1400 calorie menu consists of 5 – 6 small low calorie meals. If you are a diabetic, vegetarian or vegan, the diet plan can be altered according to your dietary requirements, by replacing the existing menu items with different foods, maintaining the same calorie and nutritional content of the meals. Furthermore, you can swap over lunch and dinner or snacks on the same day. Keep yourself well hydrated during dieting, as it is essential for fat burning. Drink at least 2 litres of water daily. Reduce you caffeine intake to 2 cups of tea or coffee per day.

Breakfast :
