The 1500 calorie plan for weight loss is one of the popular low calorie diet plans. However, you still need to seek advice from your doctor before starting this 1500 calorie menu or any other meal plan for weight loss.
You can introduce new foods to the menu, replacing the existing foods, but retaining the same calorie and nutritional value of the menu.
