It's difficult to find all the necessary nutritional information, so it's all provided here from their latest menu. The information below is from their US menu. Read the chart carefully, it includes all calorie, fat, and cholesterol information.
In the Breakfast section, McDonalds have introduced a number of options containing Egg Whites. Depending on how often you eat eggs, these may be healthier when compared to the egg option. Also watch out for:
i) The Regular Biscuit size for the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes contains 90% of your daily salt allowance and 87% of your daily fat content.
ii) The Big Breakfast regular size contains 73% of your daily fat allowance.
iii) Be careful, some breakfast contain more than 1000 calories!
With the salads that are available, you should avoid crispy chicken and choose the grilled chicken if you require protein.
With drinks and desserts, note that the McFlurry and Shakes are both high in calories and fat.
