Colby cheese is an American cheese made from cow’s milk, semi-hard, with a mild taste when compared with Cheddar. Colby Cheese is high in fat, approx. 32g per 100g, so seek out a low fat variety or completely avoid if looking to lose weight.
It is a good source of vitamins A, B1-B3, B5, B6, B12, D, E, K, protein, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium and other minerals.
