4. Push-upsTry and do push ups properly. If you cannot do many to start with, it’s ok. Now use your hands and arms to push you back up. Repeat. |
5. PlankWith your body straight, bend your arms at the elbows and lift your body off the ground with your elbows supporting your body. Now hold your body rigid for 30 seconds. Repeat. |
