The 1600 calorie menu can be personalized to your taste, you can swap menu items for the other foods, but maintain the same calories/nutritional content of the menu. Remember to consult your doctor before starting your weight loss diet.
You need to drink a minimum of 2 litres of water daily, include as many caffeine/calorie free drinks as you like. Skip alcohol and restrict caffeine intake to 2 cups of coffee per day.

Breakfast :
